Jogging
today is my first day jogging in the park behind MOF building..not a very nice place to jog..cause there's lot of mosquitoes..but that's the nearest..and shikin and julie were excited of this activity.. so we went up the hill.. i got excited and started jogging but my best 2 frens start with exercise..which is the right way for warming up..well i left the sport activity after i finished standard 6..and just occasionally join sports during high school. in fact during uni time i didn't involve in sports very much..hate running..cause i easily sweats..so i think that's my exercise..hahah
i was ahead both of them at first..but then shikin just keep going..and keep going.. and i felt flat..hahaha..itulah padahnya kalu x exercise..julie was good too..but then more or less just like me.. we start at around 6pm and ended about 6.30pm..hahaha..half an hour of fat burning..back in the office..we filled up our empty stomach with dinner..there goes all the hard-earned-fat-burning activity..
well..we'll do it again next week.. just to maintain our stamina..
