ASTRO vs. Unifi
We are so attached to ASTRO for entertainment services. Most of us have astro at home..some even spends more than RM150 for subscribing to several channel in astro..i'm one of them.. but..always to our dissapointment..Astro services were not es we expected..if its rainy day, it is high possibility that we can't watch TV.. it has been going on for long..but it seem like no concrete action taken by astro to improve its most common failure.. RAIN..yet..they want to increase the bill..
One day i and hubby get really fed-up with astro and we went out to Alamanda to watch movie..and we were thinking about subscribing to TM latest tech.. Unifi..i told hubby that it is quite expensive to subscribe it..without knowing it..there's a Unifi promotion team in front of our eyes..we smiled from ear to ear..hehehhe..well..our prayer just been answered..hahaha..the malay guy who approach us doesn't have much to say cause we just sign up..on top of it..it's free installation and we have to pay RM149 per month..and we get a lot of things in 1 deal..
1 phone line to start with..(hubby hv been planning to get a landline).. wi-fi.. hypp TV(similar as Astro..) and streamyx zone ID..(a wi-fi services offered at certain area).. it's a good deal.. but the the installation is the next month..haha..since we can't wait..and i'm not a patient person..i called up the customer seervice and luckily we get an advance date..it's the next week.. so when it is installed..we tried our unifi..
alhamdulilah. it's worth it. i hv 2 broadband, maxis and celcom.. we decided that we shud cancelled both..since the internet now is faster and cheaper..we also terminate our astro account which took us about 2 months to settle the termination process..(the smartcard isn't so smart after all)..they want me to return the smartcard before the termination can be effective..hhmmm..fine..at least i hv better entertainment service now..hahaha
i can view facebook on TV..check out you tube..(umar's fav upin and ipin).. and a lot more..something that i won't regret subscribing too...
