Our Dream House

Alhamdulilah..after waiting for some time, me and husband decided to take the risk.. We bought a house in Melaka..actually my sister wanted to buy from the developer since last year but the phase was sold out..so she left her's and my mom's phone number if there's new project coming..around early July 2012, my mom got the call and ask us to come home that week since my sister was is Korea..and 10 early bird will receive RM10k discounts.. its a good offer so we go and have a look..earlier the price that we're looking at around RM278k  for double storey intermediate 22x70.

We arrived at the sales gallery around 9.15am and we are the number 7 to arrive..hehehe..lucky us..after discussion and looking at the lots and various choices we have.. we signed up..YAY!!!.. we paid deposit of RM2500 and we have our lot.. but the price increase because we chose an extra land lot about 10ft..and the price is RM353,750.96.. yes..some may say it is quite expensive but looking at the area which is in the centre of Ayer Keroh with tourist attraction around, the Big Mydin Hypermarket, Police headquarters, MMU, jusco, state administration office, MiTC and huge KFC/Pizza just open on the main road..it's value for money..the project is expected to complete by February 2014..it has 4 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms..
